Dog Promotes Self To Unpaid Neighborhood Surveillance Chief

Every morning he jumps onto this tiny corner by the window and just sits there watching people, birds, cars... basically the entire neighborhood. He can stay there for ages without moving. I'm starting to think he's the unofficial neighborhood security guard.
